These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Gato Video and its services. By using our app you accept the terms of this notice. These term are binding and by using the app you agree to them.

You will not use Gato Video for any illegal purposes, including but not restricted to the illegal transfer of copyrighted material. You also agree not to misuse our Services or help anyone else to do so for example, by interfering with our Services or trying to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide that is illegal or harmful to others or our property, including our users’ own copyrighted content.

Gato Video Social Gato Video offers free and premium video. You can watch most of our movies and free TV shows for free, with ads. Paid subscribers gain access to premium content that includes an ad-free experience, and access to exclusive content such as full hd videos and unlimited downloads.

You will have to sign up to watch shows; sign up by receiving offers through email or by using your Google account, phone number, or WhatsApp. Facebook login is supported, but for stability we recommend other methods. You are responsible for the security of your account and for anything that occurs on your account.

You can get Gato Video from our official website, download the APK and install it. Upon installation, you may be prompted to upgrade the app to the newest version for new features and enhanced security. For smooth installation and updates always read the manuals.

If you want to get access to numerous privileges including ad free video streaming, full video view and premium contents, then you can upgrade to Gato video premium plan. You can subscribe to a Premium in-app subscription, or purchase Premium codes from an authorized retailer within the app.

Gato Video also features its own referral program where you can get rewarded for referring new users. When someone signs up through your invitation link, you will receive a referral reward. You can see how much you've earned and cash out for premium features or cash back once you've reached a certain amount.

Gato Video is an app where we host and stream our content directly to our users, we are not responsible for any third-party contents posted on Gato Video and by using this app you agree to what we are doing. If you experience problems with third-party content, contact the third-party directly for assistance.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms & Conditions. If we make a change we will let you know by posting the new terms in this app or on our website. Your use of Gato Video after changes become effective on the terms, indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Although it is our objective to have Gato Video operating as intended without error, we cannot promise that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or interrupted service from technical issues or app misuse.

By using Gato Video, you agree that we may cancel or suspend your access to Gato Video if we, in our sole discretion, believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms & Conditions, including, without limitation, for misuse of Gato Video or the content therein, for infringement, or for any other reason.

These Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Any concerns arising from the use of Gato Video are subject to courts in India.
